Flow72 Unveils Cortex 1.5 AI for REV-1H Androids, Excelling in Real-World Problem Solving

Flow72, the UK-based humanoid robotics company, today announced Cortex 1.5, a self-evolving artificial intelligence developed to power its upcoming REV-1H generative android.

Built entirely in-house, Cortex 1.5 is designed to grow with the user,  learning from interaction, adapting to its surroundings, and evolving its understanding of the world over time. This marks Flow72’s first major step toward building machines that can think and reason in real-time and are equipped with real-world knowledge, environmental awareness, and human-level adaptability.

Excelling in Reasoning and Problem Solving

Cortex 1.5 has already outperformed several widely used models in key benchmarks focused on logic, reasoning, and structured problem-solving, including:

  • GPQA-D (General Problem Solving) – 88.0%
  • AIME 24 – 86.0%
  • AIME 25 – 78.7%

These scores place Cortex 1.5 ahead of models like OpenAI o3-mini, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, and DeepSeek-R1, highlighting its strength in the kinds of reasoning tasks essential for operating safely and intelligently in physical, unstructured environments.

REV-1H is the first physical platform that will integrate Cortex 1.5, combining lifelike humanoid design with real-time learning and task execution. REV-1H is being developed for deployment across homes, retail spaces, and warehouses, where it will perform repetitive tasks, adapt to user routines, and evolve its behaviour over time.

The announcement of Cortex 1.5 marks the beginning of Flow72’s long-term vision to build AI-powered machines that think, learn, and operate in the human world  not just through language, but through action and context.
