FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics, a rapidly expanding spin-out from Sheffield AMRC, has successfully secured its first clients across Europe, the Middle East, and the Southern Hemisphere, marking a significant milestone for the tech company.

The firm’s affordable and user-friendly machine monitoring platform has revolutionized manufacturing operations of all scales by providing invaluable insights into machine utilization and energy consumption, ultimately boosting productivity and profitability.

Since its establishment in 2021, FourJaw’s award-winning technology has garnered immense popularity within the UK, catering to approximately 100 manufacturers spanning diverse sectors. The company has now attracted users in Norway, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, and New Zealand, among others, even managing to onboard one of the world’s largest food manufacturers.

Leveraging the power of Industry 4.0 technology, the FourJaw platform boasts a simple plug-and-play setup, making it easily accessible to manufacturers worldwide.

Founder and CEO of FourJaw, Chris Iveson, expressed his delight at the expansion, stating, “We are thrilled to witness the growing adoption of our technology among manufacturers globally. Our vision when we started this venture just two years ago was to empower manufacturers in unlocking their full productivity potential. It is gratifying to see our mission materialize so swiftly, both here in the UK and now overseas.”

Nevertheless, FourJaw remains committed to progress and innovation. Earlier this year, the company introduced two significant product updates to fortify its offerings. These updates incorporate the firm’s next-generation machine monitoring platform, equipped with energy monitoring capabilities and real-time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) functionality, widely recognized as the gold standard for measuring productivity and enhancing manufacturing processes.

Impressive growth has not been limited to new markets and updated platforms alone. Over the past year, FourJaw has experienced a tripling of inquiries and doubled its team’s size, welcoming new members to its sales, customer success, and marketing departments, including senior executives who now constitute the leadership team.

Chris remarked, “We are rapidly approaching the 100-customer mark and have witnessed a remarkable 260% surge in revenue in the last quarter alone. With inquiries pouring in from domestic and international markets, we must ensure our ability to cater to both existing and new customers while continuously enhancing our offerings to stay ahead of the competition. This sets the stage for our next phase of growth, encompassing further exploration of international territories and continued support for UK manufacturers.”
