Glasgow’s Climate-Tech Momentum Draws Major Investor Interest
Glasgow is fast emerging as the UK’s climate-tech powerhouse, anchored within a Scottish low-carbon economy now valued at over £6 billion and supporting more than 23,000 jobs. From clean heat to CCUS, local innovation clusters are scaling rapidly and drawing national attention and investment.
On 9 September, the Clean Growth Fund Roadshow arrives at the University of Strathclyde’s Technology & Innovation Centre, connecting breakthrough startups from Glasgow and the wider Scottish ecosystem with investors looking to back scalable, high-impact climate solutions across power, transport, buildings, industry, agritech, water, waste and renewables.
