Prop-Tech Software Firm Attributes Success to Move to Warwick Innovation Centre Ahead of Acquisition by Volaris Group
A prop-tech software firm, Technology Blueprint, has highlighted its relocation to the Warwick Innovation Centre as instrumental in its development, positioning it favorably for its recent acquisition by Canadian software company Volaris Group. Formerly situated above an estate agent in Leamington Spa, the firm recognized the significant impact of its move to the major innovation hub.
Technology Blueprint’s flagship product, PropCo, is a software utilized by property agencies’ lettings departments, including Connells and Leaders Romans, to streamline administrative tasks and enhance overall management efficiency.
At the time of its acquisition, PropCo had garnered adoption by 15 percent of all lettings agency rentals in the UK, affirming its prominence in the industry.
CEO Adam Blaxter Paliwala attributed the company’s achievements to its association with the Warwick Innovation Centre, stating that the center played a pivotal role in bringing them to the attention of Volaris.
Paliwala explained, “As our business expanded, we realized the need for a larger premises beyond our small office on Clemens Street in Leamington. We sought a central and inviting space for client meetings, as well as a pleasant environment that would foster collaboration among our staff. With these considerations in mind, the Innovation Centre proved to be the perfect fit. Its proximity to Leamington, flexible office sizes, and the available business support were all attractive features.”
The strategic move facilitated enhanced customer engagement, propelling the company’s growth trajectory. Paliwala emphasized that even during the pandemic, the office remained invaluable due to its modular and flexible design, coupled with exceptional video conferencing facilities.
