The property features 20 luxurious rooms and suites, half of which boast private patios offering stunning views of the idyllic harbor, fjords, and majestic Sunnhordland mountain peaks. Guests can unwind on the various terraces, relax in the lounge, or rejuvenate in the jacuzzi. Electric car charging points are available for eco-conscious travelers, emphasizing the hotel’s commitment to sustainable practices.
Beckerwyc House seamlessly integrates with the historic Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri Hotel & Suites, just a short stroll from the main property. Designed by Ajas Mellbye, the signature building of Beckerwyc House embodies the essence of the surrounding environment, with its architecture resembling fish hatcheries and rock formations. Sol Design has tastefully curated the interiors, drawing inspiration from the sea and nature, resulting in a harmonious blend of colors and shapes that reflect the region’s beauty.
Beyond its opulent offerings, Beckerwyc House goes beyond being a mere hotel. Under Ørjan Johannessen’s guidance, the Beckerwyc Food Academy provides guests with unrivaled culinary knowledge across three distinct areas. The top floor houses a dedicated “food cathedral” that hosts a range of food and drink experiences. The academy offers food courses for individuals and businesses, digital streaming courses, and industry-specific competence development.
