New Happy Magazine to Boost Children’s Emotional Wellbeing is Proving Hugely Popular on Kickstarter!
The Kickstarter campaign allows the public to support Hoopla, a revolutionary new print magazine designed to promote joy, creativity and wellbeing for children aged 5-10 through engaging off-screen content like art projects, outdoor activities, and emotional journaling. With expert input on childhood mental health, Hoopla aims to provide a much-needed escape from screens and societal pressures while also supporting the children’s charity Place2Be.
Launchpad Publishing is thrilled to announce that its Kickstarter campaign for Hoopla reached over 50% funding on its first day and is now almost 75% funded.
Hoopla magazine offers families a monthly dose of happiness delivered through their letterboxes. Hoopla is designed as an antidote to the increasing pressures that children face from screens, societal expectations, and the demands of modern life.
This new print magazine will be full of off-screen activities, stimulating articles, and fun ideas to keep kids happy, playful, and curious. Each edition features sections on art, nature, science, and cooking, as well as emotions and critical thinking.
Via Kickstarter, the public are invited to support this revolutionary new publication designed to bring joy, creativity, and wellbeing to children aged 5 to 10.
Founder Jenny Inglis said, “I’m a mother of three who has experienced foster care both as a child and as a foster carer, so I care deeply about the wellbeing of children. With Hoopla magazine, I’m hoping to make it easier for parents and carers to help keep protect their children’s wellbeing.”
